Terms of Service

Data Archos grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the retail intelligence dashboard and forecast engine strictly in accordance with these Terms and subscription contract schedules.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized login attempts, bypass security rate-limiting triggers, or perform load-testing sweeps against our ingestion pipeline unless coordinated in advance with our engineering operations group.

We target a 99.9% uptime SLA for dashboard console and analytical database queries. Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-volume retail trading windows (typically Sundays between 02:00 and 04:00 UTC) and are announced 48 hours in advance.

Ingestion pipelines run asynchronously. Processing delays due to retailer portal API lockouts or corrupt file structures transmitted by external systems do not constitute platform downtime under our SLA frameworks.

Data Archos APIs are rate-limited per tenant region to prevent operational degradation. Reverse-engineering the forecast models, scraping structured anomaly outputs, or training competitive AI models using our predictions is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting activities will trigger automatic security lockdowns and result in immediate account suspension.

Your Data Stays Yours: Data Archos claims no ownership rights over corporate store transaction records, pricing lists, or inventory data ingested into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to generate forecasts, anomaly reports, and benchmark metrics for your account.

Data Archos owns all rights, titles, and interests in the intelligence platform, dashboard visualizations, QueryForge translators, and learning models generated during platform operations.

Demand forecasting models operate using statistical probabilities and external weather, holiday, and event signals. While we target 80–85% SKU-location accuracy, Data Archos does not guarantee exact operational matching. We are not liable for margin losses, out-of-stock losses, or inventory write-offs resulting from operational actions taken based on platform recommendations.

In no event shall Data Archos' collective liability exceed the subscription fees paid by the tenant in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Either party may terminate a subscription agreement in accordance with the notification windows defined in your active service schedule. Upon termination, client databases are fully isolated, archived for export for 30 business days, and then permanently deleted from all storage clusters.
